This workshop covers how good communication supports dialogue and helps team members be more effective.

 Talk so others want to hear your message

 Practice asking effective questions

 Mediation as a conflict resolution tool

Who should attend: families of children/young adults with disabilities or learning difficulties, professionals, service providers, caregivers, school staff.

Coordinated by Michigan Alliance for Families. All workshops are free and open to the public.
